BOARD MEETING         April 1, 2019               @TRINITY AMBULANCE 2 ND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 7:32 PM                                                              MEETING ADJOURNED: 9:15PM

ATTENDANCE: MATT, JIM, WAYNE, TOM, LIZA, ROCKY, JARED D, JON A, BRIAN

Safe Sport updates (Randel)
-Need to have a credit card on file (ACH is taken 10 days in advance)
-$250 to setup (need to get Randel bank info) Jim and Randel to connect
-Randel will send out individual links to any and all coaches that will be in contact with RB Participants
-CORI forms need to be filled out and updated in the system

Opening Day Updates (Randel)
-Agenda/time line has been set
-Need a PA system (Jared updated that we have a sponsor that is going to MC Opening Day for us Brian Rutherford of A&B Music)
-Division Signs (they are in shed at RB2, in good condition, don't have a RB Senior Division sign but all others are accounted for)
-Bouncy Houses are being donated by Granite State Inflatables (Mike made the connection) Need to figure out where to put them and the process to setup? Who is helping?
-Randel to order Plagues for awards

Player Agent Update: (Jared)
-532 Total registrations
Buddy Ball = 29
T-Ball = 76
Minors = 78
Major/Minor = 72
Single A/AA = 142
Major 60/70 = 99
RB Senior = 36

Uniforms Update (Jon A)
-Jon had a meeting with Jonathan from Treasure T's a few weeks ago (this year Coaches shirts will match teams and we have a wide variety of different color teams so that there is not 3 teams all wearing light blue like last year)
-All of the team rosters, sponsors and sizes have been sent in and the uniforms are in process of being printed.
-Uniforms are set to be delivered 4/12/19 and can be distributed at equipment pick up the following day

Equipment Update (Wayne)
-Equipment is in pretty good shape, will need lots of help to get through everything and see what needs to be ordered and to be prepared for Equipment pick up on 4/13/19
-20-25 bags don't have tags...being new to this Wayne isn't sure to which division they belong to
-All buckets of practice balls have been sorted and filled properly 15 balls/bucket
-Game Balls have been ordered just waiting on them to be delivered
-Liza has 3 dozen balls from Dick's
-Equipment has been ordered from DeLuca Cheverolet

Other agenda items:
-New locks for bins has been tabled due to cost very expensive (Al's Lock Shop)
-Communication to coaches Single A and up about the importance of player safety in regards to fatigue and pitch counts. Player safety is of the utmost importance as well as causing a competitive advantage to coaches that don't follow the rules.
